Online Tutoring Program Agreement
Please read this agreement carefully before enrolling in any ACE Math Academy program.
This agreement governs participation in all ACE Math Academy tutoring programs and sessions. By registering and submitting payment, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
1. Program Commitment
Enrollment in ACE Math Academy indicates a commitment to attend scheduled tutoring sessions consistently and to actively participate in all learning activities.
2. Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions will take place at scheduled days and times agreed upon at enrollment. Students are expected to log in on time and be prepared with necessary materials (notebook, pencil, calculator, etc.). Students should attend sessions in a quiet, distraction-free environment.
3. Cancellation Policy (24-Hour Notice Required)
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for rescheduling or credit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of that session (no refund or credit).
4. Missed Sessions / No-Shows
If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be forfeited. No refund or makeup session will be provided for no-shows.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Full payment is due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. Refunds are not guaranteed once a program has begun. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to treat instructors and peers with respect at all times. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund. ACE Math Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student whose behavior negatively impacts the learning environment.
7. Technology Requirements
Students are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and the necessary technology to participate in virtual sessions. ACE Math Academy is not responsible for technical difficulties on the student's end that result in missed or interrupted sessions.
8. Communication
All communication regarding scheduling, cancellations, and program updates will be conducted via the parent/guardian email provided at enrollment. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to keep contact information current.
9. Media & Privacy
Sessions may be recorded for educational or review purposes. By enrolling, you consent to the recording of sessions for internal use only. Student information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
10. Agreement Acknowledgment
By completing registration and submitting payment, the parent/guardian acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Online Tutoring Program Agreement.
